3 Ways to Manage Your Business with Less Stress

By: Digitally Driven team

First, Happy New Year friends! Can you even believe that the year is 2023? Where are our flying cars? Our robot maids? The Jetsons?

We have been through a lot in the past few years. With every new year comes new goals for your business.

We know you have been working on your 2023 plans and we want to assist in any way we can to ensure you reach your goals!

So we thought it would be helpful to share some tips and tricks on staying productive throughout the year. From project management to automation tools, we are sharing our favorite things (any The Sound of Music fans? No - just us? Ok).

Project Management

Asana is a great project management tool to keep all of your projects and clients in perfect sync. We love sharing tasks with our team and seeing a project completed from start to finish. Asana has a free option with unlimited tasks to get you started!

Other great options are Monday, Trello, or Google TasksBoard!

Automation

We all know AI is the way of the future, and you’ve probably heard all about ChatGDT everywhere. If you’re not ready for that advanced of AI help, here’s another solution:

Copy.ai is a great tool (within reason) when you can’t think of one more thing to say on social media, blogs, and email marketing. It absolutely cannot replace real writing and editing, but if you need help sparking new ideas - this is the way to go!

To use: Type in your subject and ideas, and it will auto-populate text to use. Another great thing is it is also free!

Outsource

A great way to take more off items from your plate that allows you to be more productive in your business is to outsource tasks that take a lot of time. One of those tasks might be digital marketing.

Digitally Driven is a full-service digital marketing agency. Our team’s passions and services include social media strategy, content curation and engagement, graphic design, web design and development, digital advertising, trend analysis, branding, influencer marketing, public relations, networking, copywriting, editing, and project management.

We will continue to search for the best tools for small business and share it here. Let’s chat if you want to start 2023 off on a more productive step!
